Chef Kim Ernest started Kim's Cuisine in 1984 in Minnesota Lake, Minnesota. Lacey worked under Kim while attending college, learning her passion and creativity in food. Kim Ernest decided to retire after 35 years, allowing Lacey's Catering to be born.

Lacey's Catering offers the same great experience as Kim's Cuisine, while adding her own touch. If you have a favorite of Kim's, don't be afraid to ask!
