I was born and raised in Southern Minnesota. Growing up in the food service industry, I knew a career in it was right for me. After college and different opportunities in the industry, I decided catering is the perfect fit for me. I'm inspired by Chef Kim Ernest, Chef James Hanson, Julia Child and the homestyle cooking I grew up in. I take pride in Southern Minnesota's "farm-to table" philosophy and incorporate it in my cuisine. I love to explore food in new places to further my knowledge. I live on a farm near Wells, Minnesota. In my free time I am with my family & friends, my dog Dixie and also enjoy gardening or traveling near and far.
